Direct-lending foundation
Experience developed inside fast-moving lending environments where precision, communication and execution all matter.
More than a decade in mortgage lending, direct lending and branch leadership—now focused on delivering a more personal, strategic client experience.
Anthony built his mortgage career through high-volume lending environments, branch leadership and hands-on borrower advisory. That background creates a simple advantage for clients: the ability to evaluate a scenario from both the production side and the borrower’s side.

A wider lender and product view creates more ways to structure the right solution.
Clients work through the scenario with Anthony—not through a rotating call-center queue.
Anthony began building his financial and mortgage career in Scottsdale and has more than a decade of mortgage-industry experience spanning direct lending, borrower advisory and branch leadership. That background helps him anticipate how documentation, guidelines and transaction timing affect the client—not only how a program looks on paper.
Today, Anthony works as a mortgage loan originator with West Capital Lending. His role is to compare eligible lender and program routes, explain the meaningful tradeoffs and remain directly accountable for communication through the transaction.
The process begins with the objective and the complete numbers. Anthony identifies the variables that can change the result, models viable routes and explains what improves or becomes more expensive in each one.
That same direct approach continues through documentation, appraisal, underwriting and closing. The goal is not to overwhelm the borrower with every available product; it is to create a defensible path and make the next decision clear.
Start with the outcome you actually want—not a preselected product.
Compare realistic scenarios, payment impacts and tradeoffs.
Move with a clear plan, strong communication and defined next steps.
Buying, refinancing, exploring commercial property or simply deciding whether a move makes sense—start with a direct conversation.
